Blindfold Test of Adaptive Indoor Games - 2025

On November 21, 2025, project members from the 2025/26 batch participated in a blindfold test to evaluate the indoor games developed by our international intern, Ms. Inés Martínez Gabarda. The purpose of this exercise was to assess the accessibility and inclusivity of the games for individuals with visual disabilities. Inés designed five games, adapting popular formats like Snakes and Ladders, Battleships, Secret Message, Crossword/Word Soup, and ordering geometric shapes to ensure they were accessible to all. Project members from various departments took part in the blindfold test, interacting with the games to understand their mechanics and provide feedback. This initiative highlights the importance of inclusive game design, which can benefit individuals with visual disabilities.
