Menstrual Talk Campaign - 2021

On the second year of Menstrual Talk Campaign i.e. 28th May, 2021, Chain For Change published an audio drama written by Ms. Sanjiya Shrestha (Co-founder and Treasurer of CFC) where persons with visual disabilities acted. It is a story about three female friends having casual conversation on menstrual problem, hygiene and products that they use and depicts how male members and friends can support their female members during their period with right intervention.

In the first year of Menstrual Talk Campaign - 2020, CFC organized online panel discussion where menstrual challenges and experiences of LGBTIQ community and females with disabilities were highlighted. Also, a social media campaign was conducted which reached more than 30,000 people that year.

Likewise, an Instagram challenge was also carried out as to support the Menstrual Talk campaign - 2021. Alike the previous year, same social message i.e. 'BREAK THE SILENCE OF SECRET SECRETION' was spread. Five individuals submitting their creative art were rewarded.
