On 16th April, 2025, the executives of Chain For Change, Mr. Abhishek Shahi and Ms. Deepika Shahi along with one of the exchange staffs, Mr. Miquel Cañada Molino visited Moware (Mountain Waste Repurposed), Taragaon, Kathmandu. The aim of this visit was to understand how Moware is working in the field of upcycling plastic waste, the process of developing products, the technologies being used (such as machines and knowledge), and to explore possibilities for collaboration.

The General Manager of Moware design & Sagarmatha Next, Ms. Eva Villardón Grande, hosted our Executives and Mr. Miquel. She shared about the company and their project and also took for a tour to exhibit their workshop, labor and machineries. She also guided them to their store where they had made a lot of products from recycled items. Our Executives and Mr. Miquel also shared about their initiatives and involvements. All the parties agreed on seeking for future collaboration.
