Singing Bowl Therapy - 2024

As a part of Orientation event to the new members of Project Wings to Dreams (2024/25), Chain For Change organized a Singing Bowl Therapy on 24th April, 2024 in St. Xavier's College, Maitighar. Singing Bowl Master and the facilitator Mr. Oskillar Aquí Ahora offered one and half hour of therapeutic sound heeling session to at hand participants.

Mr. Oskar interacted with the participants and they also got to feel and play with his full moon singing bowl which he brought for the treatment. Everyone loved the session. Participants were found meditating and relaxing during the event. Most of them shared that they did not want the session to end and hoped that it could recur even in the future.
