Design Classes for Computer Team - 2024

On 4th June, 2024, our project members (2024/25) who are the part of the Computer team started their design classes. In these classes, they learn about using 3D software to design a model, use 3D printers, use CFC mobile application, research and develop concept papers, etc.

As per the learning from our last years' experience, we decided to teach our project members of (2024/25) to learn 3D design software before our international intern arrive to Nepal. Our IT & Creative Specialist - Joon Shakya led this initiation. Karmendra Shrestha - Research and Quality Assurance Officer, carried out a session to guide the computer team to research and write a concept paper.

Aayush Shrestha - Project Member (2023/24) oriented the new computer team about the 3D designing. Joon also coordinated an online workshop with his friend Christopher who was making accessible 3D models and board games to persons with visual disabilities in USA.

One of our volunteers - Sashwot Mishra contributed to the project by teaching the project members (2024/25) 3D designing software. Later, our Intern Design Instructor (2024/25) Gala Cervera took over the classes and taught them to use 3D designing software, operate 3D printer and develop an accessible 3D model.
